The Darwin-G4 leakage detection system operates using a multi-sensor approach that continuously analyses your pipeline for any signs of a defect — all without any physical intervention in your pipe.

How It Works in Three Steps

1 — Monitor

A carefully calibrated set of non-interference sensors constantly sense and monitor the behaviour of the liquid or gas flowing through your distribution lines.

2 — Evaluate

• The first sensor transmits a signal throughout the inspected pipeline section.
• The second sensor picks up and propagates that signal along the line.
• Together, they detect and characterise any defect (hole) through signal modelling.
• The third sensor converts the model signal into an exact GPS location.

3 — Report

The system immediately identifies the defect and reports its exact GPS coordinates — accurate to less than 2 metres, and in many cases within just 3 cm.
